Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000
Talent First Partners is seeking a talented and highly adaptable Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting several stages of the client lifecycle, from initial discovery through solution design, implementation, and ongoing product support.
• You will support the initial discovery process to understand how our clients currently operate, capturing interview notes and reviewing existing documentation. You will document current workflows, associated files, and data in comprehensive process diagrams.
• During discovery, you will support the engineering team in understanding and documenting the current IT infrastructure and systems that our clients’ employees use to perform their work. Where opportunities arise, you may also assist the engineering team in building prototypes that align with the early vision of a business solution.
• Once discovery is completed, you will support solution design, testing, and refinement of new features with a select group of representative users.
• When the build is ready for piloting, you will participate in training new users on the platform, capturing feedback as users interact with it for the first time, and maintaining a living product roadmap.
• Following launch, you will help resolve user issues promptly and add enhancement requests to the product backlog to improve usability and functionality for our clients’ teams.
As a key contributor to these engagements, you will work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders—both internal and client-facing—to drive innovation and problem-solving.
